Activités de recherches fondamentales centrées sur les dispositifs médicaux utilisés en orthodontie, notamment les arcs en alliage à mémoire de forme (Thèse de Sciences au sein de l’Université de Strasbourg, UMR 7357, ICube et année de mobilité au sein de l’Université de Lorraine, LEM3, Metz) et les thermopolymères (en collaboration avec l’Université de Bâle et un partenaire industriel BottMedical®). En parallèle, des activités de recherches cliniques sont menées sur les défauts primaires d’éruption (Projet porté par le Dr M. Strub) au sein du CRMR Strasbourg.
